The Midwest Drosophila Conference is being held in Allerton, IL on October 3-4, 2008.

Registration Deadline: August 15, 2008
Schedule for Conference: The Conference will begin at 1PM October 3 with check in and registration, and end at 1:30PM on October 4.

Please fill out the form below COMPLETELY to register for the conference.
Fees include the costs of your room, all meals, and the registration for the meeting.

For those of you (and I hope there are many) who want to give a talk or poster, please indicate your preference.
You will receive an email providing information about the deadline to submit the abstract.

Meeting Expenses:
Everyone will be paying for their meeting expenses individually and directly to the Allerton Conference Center. For those of you who are staying overnight, simply pay Allerton when you check out on Saturday. For those of you who are only staying for the day sessions, please go to the Allerton desk and pay $58.00 + tax, which is the charge for lunch, refreshment breaks, and meeting expenses; the fee is $85.00 if you wish to stay for dinner and evening session as well. You can pay via cash, check or credit card. You will receive receipts from Allerton in order to get reimbursed from your own institutions.

Registration Fee:
At the meeting, please pay Bryant McAllister the $10 registration fee. The fee is payable by cash or check (make out to The University of Iowa) and covers the cost of the program and general expenses incurred in organizing the meeting. Bryant will have a receipt book at the meeting.
