iBio (Integrated Biology) Graduate Program students, Melinda (Lindy) Brastrom (Slusarski Lab) and Liping Liu (Malkova Lab), received the Ballard Seashore Dissertation Fellowship for the Fall 2020 semester from the Graduate College at the University of Iowa. "This fellowship program provides an opportunity for PhD students to benefit from a final semester of protected and supported time to focus on completing their scholarly research activities and the writing of their dissertations." A one-time fellowship award will be given for $10,000 to each student.
